Sir,
I had purchased a Kurl-on mattress on 10/8/2014 from "Gouri Sankar Trailering & Bedding House" , 157/1, NS Dutta Road, Kadamtala, Howrah-711101, cash memo no 9405 dtd 10/8/14 amt 6480/-. In the month of Nov 2014 the mattress became defective and & I reported the matter to the retailer as well as Kurl-on company under docket no.TN74370. However already nearly 2 months past, till date no action has been taken to repair/replace the mattress (which is under 6 month warranty period) neither by retailer nor by company.
Please take some action so that I can get repaired/replaced the above-mentioned defective mattress.
