Consignment number- 7559185653 Company Name - Overnite express courier services This letter is being under stress, due to non delivery of consignment number mentioned above. The consignment of was an iPhone 5- 32GB mobile, my all contacts, personal photos, official and personal documents were in it. The consignment was Send on 24th December 2014. Till today it has not reached at the designated address. As per our discussion on 27th December 2014 that you assured me, we will track the consignment within two days but now you are telling for 5th January 2015 because your office boy has gone for holidays and other hand you are saying that you can claim the amount and they are always saying that please claim your amount because they told me that keep less value of product.
