Consumer Redressal

I have purchased a SAMSUNG LED TV from Reliance Digital Store vide order number \"20990057581424\" salesman id \"567719\", Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road,Kolkata on 16.03.2013 by cash. after taking the cash they refused to handover the product & said we will deliver & fix it at your house tomorrow by 12.00 noon i,e, 17.03.2013. since they have not delivered it by 12.00 noon on 17.03.2013 I immediately sent my brother to them to enquire the same but they have not responded. Then I wrote a letter addressed to Mr Brian Bade, CEO & Mr Mukesh Ambani, Director of Rel Digital and also faxed it to them on 19.03.2013. I demand my harder money to be refunded with proper compensation since they have failed & neglected to deliver the product and holding my money wrongfully....
