Consumer Redressal

This is to inform you that I had ordered one goggle nexus 7 tablet and i was told that there's an offer where i would get an apple iPod, a flip cover,and a keyboard case against Order No-ORD175083984 Payment ID-31570579 (Dated: 18-12-14). I had paid Rs. 15000 to CRAZYDEAL SHOPPING MART PRIVATE LIMITED through debit card via EBS payment gateway. They committed that within 7 days i will receive my products. But even after 10 days i didn't received my products and therefore when i inquired than one of their executive (Accountant) Mr. Kunal Chaudhary (07532874518) said that i should call customer care from there i would get my order status. But when i called their customer care number (0120-6494449) it was switched off. And after that even Mr. Kunal's number was also switched off. I feel that Crazydealshoppingmart.com is involved in illegal, fraud activity and they are cheating customers, request you to please look into the matter and help me out to get back my money.
