I am using a Vodafone Corporate post paid connection with the plan E_Connect_3G_375 in my mobile (No: +91-9830549590 ). But suddenly Vodafone has charged unlawfully Rs 899/- in my latest mobile bill statement without intimating me whereas I have not asked them also to activate this new plan. Now Vodafone is trying to establish that they have sent me intimation and activated the plan as per company policy where as I have not received any mail or sms from them.
I will be very grateful if you intervene into this unlawful incident.
