Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I would like to make a complaint against AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur, Delhi. (Authorized dealer of MICROMAX). I purchased a Micromax phone on 19/8/2012, from Homeshop-18 in the month of November, 12. (Model NO=A100) But even after 5 months, (on 5th Feb,13) the phone started malfunctioning. (Encryption Error) I went to above said Micromax Authorized service centre and they kept my phone for repairs & handed over a job sheet to me. They called me after 20 days. When I went to collect my phone, I checked it at the service centre itself, but it was not fixed. So they asked me to give another 2-3 days time to get it rectified. And returned me the same job sheet. After 10 days, I went to collect my phone, they started repairing it in front of me. I stood there for 2 hours. And returned my phone. But after using it for 4-5 hours, it again started giving me the same problem. The next day, I went to service centre, I met a new person (VIJAY-9810999564). He assured me to give 3 more days & he will get it repaired. After 5 days, when I again went to collect my phone, Mr.Vijay said that your phone is not repaired, it will take another 6-7 days. And issued me a new job sheet (SALDL307R2372). Now, It has been over 55 days, I am fed up of going around the service centre. And I am working with a private company. I cannot afford to go out in my duty hours. Hence it is requested that if the phone is not in a condition to get repaired, kindly issue me a new phone. I shall highly be thankful to you for an early favorable reply.
