I have ordered a jacket from myntra.com, order no. 24776634 on 16th dec. 2014. On 20th dec i got the packet but in spite of the jacket there was a saree in that. i asked the customer care of myntra about that, they asked me to send the pictures of wrongly delivered product and ask to give 5 days to revert back.after that i got their mail that they have ordered a right product frm their end and cant replace it.If any person is buying smthng online isn't the right and safe shipping is the duty of the retailer? Now they are not ready to take it back or return. I want them to at least replace the product if they cant take it back so that i can have my money worth.
