I have purchased two sunglasess from snapdeal I have made a complaint with their customer service they said they will make necessary procedures and they will get back the product and they made the procedure and gave a complaint number and pickup no. for Bluedart but they were making fool because when I call them they ask any thing which is not with me and they make the same. So both the Company and Courier company have failed fulfill the customer problem
