Sir my consumer no is 57375 and my name is Mrs.panimayam.I but in my deposit voucher they have changed my gender and initial as mr.panimayam.E when i approached my gas agency Maruthi gas agency,annanagar west extn,chennai-600 101 they said we dont have any rule in changing one letter tat is change in initial in lpg we have went thrice but there is no any information from gas agency but we are in need of lpg subsidy but they said only in change of initial and gender we can provide you the lpg subsidy scheme.i need to change the initial and gender in lpg distributor form.please help me out
