Consumer Redressal

Hello sir/madam, We have a product which requires a digital interface I gave a contract to this company technospark and my original product for him to study the technology ,and I even gave him a chq of 50000/- rs to start the project now recently when I asked him the cost of making of that particular prototype he denied of giving the details and started blackmailing me that if give him some more money then only he will give me the approximate cost required to built the circuit, Now already I gave him 50000/- and my product which is worth 50000/- he is not giving me back the person is highly unrealiable and is planning to take my advantage of my need Please I need my money and my product back from him
