Consumer Redressal

I purchased an online product from Zovi.com and the payment for the product was made through "PAYUMONEY" by my union bank of India debit card.My payment Id for PAYUMONEY is 16342804. The product was of bad quality(Zovi.com). I returned the product and PAYUMONEY did not even refund my amount of Rs. 1999/-. . Its been 3 weeks that I am waiting for my refund to be credited in my Union bank account. My refund Id is 415422. Kindly Initiate my refund from PAYUMONEY as their customer care is worst to coordinate with as fake calls are being received posing as they are calling from PAYUMONEY. It is requested that such fake websites which are consumer hazards should be immediately banned in the public interest as a large no. of people are being fooled and cheated by such websites.
