seller: bookstok.com Oct 25 - I had ordered a 52 week subscription of magazine magic pot for which online payment of Rs. 549 was made. No weekly issues or further communication was received there after. Dec 5 - I had to dig through emails to find the previous receipt and contacted the seller on where is the magazine, seller mentioned apologies and said its given to distributors now. I had given them a timeline for 15 days since then to resolve the issue, which is not met. Till now none of subscriptions are received or either refund. No one picks the phone from sellers end after multiple calls. Need a 52 week subscription to start or get a refund asap, as well blacklisting and further prosecution of this seller as he is not fulfilling the responsibilities.
