Hello Sir, Order# 14099468 I ordered a product (Audio technica ath 30x) for $ 4700 on Dec 15, 2014 however the product has not delivered yet to me. I spoke with the customer service executive and they keep on postponing the date of delivery and still am not sure about the date. I am not looking for a refund or cancel the product because the charge has been already hit on my credit card and it charged interest on my credit card statement, Could you please consider it as a complaint and get delivery my product on a fixed date (without any fluctuate) with damages for the delay. Also i have request, please take this complaint as an attention to indian government and add provisions or regulation on online business india because in this website itself i do see many complaints regards to the same organistaion (Infibeam.com). i hope you may consider my request.
