Snap Deal is know for its many violation, like selling fake products, etc.
However my complaint is of cancellation of my orders regularly after 3 -7 days wait. On query an automated e-mail is sent giving reason such - a wrong price was put up due to their internal error.
at times no reason is given at all even after mail is sent repeatedly and no action to alter is being taken as well as no apology is given.

Would like to seek your help to let them know how to serve the consumers better and more responsibly as they claim to effect more then 20lak people through their services.
