Consumer Redressal

On 19th of Dec2014 I got the message " cash memo no.300005046 is generated for booking no.2000052406,shall be delivered shortly and when I contacted on 20th Saturday our dealer ie Anand Agency told me the cylinder will be delivered on the same day ie 20th Saturday but they didnt, again on 22nd Monday when I reminded about the non delivery they told me that delivery will be made on 22nd Monday and the whole day we were waiting for the cylinder only because of the necessity.But to my surprise when I contacted on 23rd they says to me when the delivery person contacted our door no one was there at home as six persons where there at this house on all these days .It is their usual story(ie door kept closed.Again when enquired about the delivery ie. on 24th they are telling me that delivery will be given only when the load of cylinder is obtained at their end so they(Anand Gas) cannot confirm the date of delivery. It shall be delivered only according to the arrival of the load
