Consumer Redressal

I have had purchased electronic weighing scales from Rediff Shopping vide order no.10111496 ,purchased in last week of july 2014. Due to faulty products returned the ordered items back to sender through valid Courier. Also proof of dispatch receipt scan copy mailed thereafter. Meanwhile no communication received from rediff shopping. they forwarded mail stating your refund order has been delivered stating xyz tracking number of bluedart couriers but i was not in receipt of refund pay order cover. so i tracked on bluedarts tracker wherein i came to know that the couriered pay order has been handed over to my very old address (of 6-7 yrs old) on behalf of me. rediff diidn't taken efforts to intimate & provide tracking number for the same well in advance. i informed this to rediff team & requested them to collect it & reforwd it to order delivery address only. but even after several mails & telephonic calls to cust. care no.18002662333 no positive response received from rediff. regards
