I purchased a new swift ZXI car on 17.12.2014 from asir automobiles, , tuticorin bearing chasis no 758498. I am shocked to see that the spare Tyre provided with the vehicle is having steel wheel and to add more panic , it has only 14 R sized tyre instead of 15R tyre. By doing this maruti is putting the life of its swift ZXI customers at a greater risk. I asked my dealer about this and they are saying that maruti is providing these kind of tyres only and we have not changed it. Even in DEZIRE ZDI AND ZXI i could see a spare alloy wheel. The why these kind of tyres in SWIFT ZXI?. I think I have been cheated and being reputed and reliable company Maruti should not do this. I need my spare tyre to be replaced immediately with alloy wheel having 15 R size tyres.
