Consumer Redressal

I have booked a 3 seater sofa-cum-bed having storage with INSTYLE INTERIORS ;Order No:IN003 (Address: Unit No 3,NH No8, Near Vasai Bridge Naigaon East Tal Vasai, Dist Thane) at an Exhibition in INDORE on 13.4.2014. They promised to deliver in 3-4 weeks. I have paid an advance of Rs 10000. Till date(27/12/14) they have not delivered. I have been contacting Mr. Dinesh , Mr. Anwar, Mr Rahul and several other numbers given in the booking order. As soon as they listen your complaint, their phone automatically disconnects or they start getting disturbance. If you talk them legal grounds then they cowardly turn polite and then give two week postponement. I feel I have lost the hard earned money to these scamsters. This is the clear case of cheating. Such company should be BLACKLISTED by Govt Body & Exhibition Organisers.
