Subject: complaint against a company Maify.com pearls Omaxe-II,1121- 7th floor Netaji subhash Palace Pitampura,New Delhi-110034 Ph-011 45510002 Sir I Sanjay Bhardwaj wanted to get a website for which I contacted a person Varun Verma who claimed himself CEO of a company Maify.com. He came to me and I explained all whatever I wanted and also that I need everything ready by January end. He asked for a sum of Rs-10,000- as advance and told me that they would start the work only after getting the amount. I paid him the cheque and the amount was withdrawn from my account. I asked him to give me the receipt and the description of work to be done by them with a proper time schedule. But after that the person didn’t call me neither he picked my calls. I sent a number of mails. Till date the only thing that progressed is the withdrawal of money from my bank. Now I don’t want that work because I don’t trust them. I asked them to return my money but of no use.I asked them to meet to settle the issue. He asked to meet me on Sunday. Two Sundays have passed since then. I request you please ask them to -to refund my amount -interest on this amount -to pay the compensation to me for the loss of work that can be started now only next year as this work is educational and can be started only at the beginning of the session. -to take some action against the company which probably doesn’t even exist.
