Consumer Redressal

I have ordered through Snapdeal.com on 9th December 2014 when GOSF was going on. It was a Dry Iron. order number was 3897217190. it was showing till 18th Dec that order is packed and waiting for delivery. but on 19th They sent me message that order is cancelled because seller doesn't have that product and now if you want to buy you can buy it because it was available on their website but with any other seller and with higher amount. Then on 18th Dec. I have ordered some skin product for Rs. 628, my order number is 4052581616. then again they did the same thing. I paid through debit card. they sent me partial order. because order was not complete so I have complained regarding that. They sent one of their courier partner and took the product back and said we will send you the complete order. but again they have cancelled the order and give SD Cash. I told them 10 times that I want my money in my account but nobody is listening. Please help me out. It's a hardened money.
