i had ordered ma annyapurna jewellers, 20, dr. jagabandhu lane, kolkata-12 (at his house in howrah) for making an ornament for my sister living delhi according to an earlier made ornament with hallmark. the jewllers has given very rough quality ornament without hall mark. he has changed my earlier made ornament's hallmark year keyword and stolen gold. i told to him that i will not take new ornament as this is not good quality and without hall mark. he is saying the old is new and new is old. but i have old bill where mention earlier ornament was hall marked. the jewellers is cheating people not giving hall mark and not paying tax/vat to the govt. i now want return my money from him and lesson him for cheating
