My TATASKY DTH connection with 2 TVs - Subscriber ID is 1105454803. Since past one year the service provider has been increasing charges unilaterally by alomost 25%, without any justification or prior intimation and without providing any additional services/channels. Their helpline staff simply does a mockery of the helpline system and the helpline is a just a farce as they do no provide any resolution nor give any proper reply. Once they do not have a reply, they keep repeating "we cannot hear your voice" even though there is no such problem. Please advice if there is any recourse to these arbitrary price rises. Also please inform Are there any rules for these rogue and opportunistic service providers or we should be completely at their mercy & whims? Now that I have purchased the hardware, I am stuck even though I intend to change the service provider. Is there portability option in service provider for DTH available. Pls advice, Pls help.
