Consumer Redressal

Hello, Vodafone no. 9830873852. Previously the no. was registered in my name(Sujit Bose). On the month of May'14 I had given a request to transfer the ownership(into my son's name) & the same has been done .At that time I had an outstanding of Rs 790, but as I was told by the Vodafone store executive that while transfer the ownership i need to clear all outstanding amount including the un-billed amount .As per the guidance I had paid a total amount of Rs 1200 on 13/5/2014 which was over & above the outstanding & unbilled amount . In the month of June'14, i got a bill which states that I had paid an excess amount of Rs 247 (cr) . Now i visited vodafone store (south city mall) to enquire how to get the refund of the excess amount . They said that you would be receiving the same within 90 working days from the date of ownership transfer. I believe that it has been more than 90 working days, but still my refund is pending.Have sent repeated mails to vodafone nodal care & got no solution
