Sub: None delivery of order by Mulya shopping Pvt. Ltd
I Booked one Mobile online on 10/12/2014 through online shopping site Mulya Shopping Pvt. Ltd 1A, New Bushan Apt, Near Teen Hath Naka, Wagle Indl. Estate - 400604, Thane West Tel 02241414757 and paid Rs. 5816/- using my credit card on receipt of the payment they have to deliver the mobile set to my given address with in 7/10 days they did not deliver the same or not picking my phone or not giving refund of the same.
I try to contact them several times some time they never pickup phone some time they excuses by extending date, this Is continue since one week and due to this I enquired about this company and found that they are doing this since 2013 and going on several peoples in various place are already under their trap.
In my case my order no. is LVJIIKGBD I hope you will find a solution in my case by getting refund of the same also it is necessary to intervene agency like you that nobody else become victim of such fr
