Consumer Redressal

I had chosen a refrigerator from a firm named AMIT SALES.I placed an order for the one I liked, at the time of delivery I noticed that the one I ordered and the one I received was different and of higher cost than the one I ordered, now the dealer creates a fuss about that by saying that I had ordered the one which I had received but that wasn't the case.After a lot of phones, discussions & multiple visits to their store they finally agreed to exchange, went again to their store chose another LG fridge which was a double door, WATER STORAGE.Everything done, order placed again and at the time of delivery same thing happened again it was another model in which water storage had to be connected to water supply,I realised it after 3-4 days when LG's technician told us, because the refrigerator was keep as it is (packed) as construction was going on, so to avoid dust and dirt onto it. Also their behaviour is very rude every time we go to talk regarding the issue.Please help!
