Dear Sir, Name: Mayank Shyamsukha Mob no. 9913549023 Residing at: 9, Shubhsonal Society,IOC Road, D'Cabin, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad 380009. I have purchased the product through online shopping website SnapDeal.com on Cash on delivery terms for Rs. 1504/- Due to wrong product delivery, product was returned. The whole amount is eligible for refund Rs. 1504/-. I have written various times to snapdeal.com since last 2 months and complaint ticket was also raised vide no. 12707234. The matter is being prolonged by the snapdeal Since 03.11.2014 for refunding the amount to bank account. The required bank details have already been submitted for refund, however till the date no refund has been made to me. This is a deliberate attempt by snapdeal to withhold the refund amount.
