Consumer Redressal

sir, my father is in a business of manpower supply i.e. giving workers to a construction company(builders). my father have given all the payment of workers from his pocket. but the company is not giving payment to my father,they are just giving next date every time from 8 months,but they are not giving payment. my father had pending bills of around 10 lakh with the company. we have all the bills related to work done and also a tax payer. we have also complaint in police but they are not helping. so,i want to know what can i do in this case.
