I purchased shoes of Rs. 350 from ShopesClues.com on Oct 24,2014 order number 24483691. They delivered the wrong product which was returned on Nov 6,2014 and whose complained was registered to them on Nov 2,2014 ( The day we received the product). But thereafter neither I have received the right product nor the refund.On Nov 20, 2014 they sent a email in which they apologized for not able to send right product but want to refund the amount within 7-9 days. But till Today I have not received my money and in the mean time I have contacted to them over phone and written to them several times.
