Consumer Redressal

I had bought a Blackberry Playbook 32gb lte 4g tablet from Shopclues.com. My order number is 27946375. After I got the delivery, I charged the tablet as per specified instructions. But the device wasn't turning on as expected. It appeared that the item delivered to me was defective. In order to raise my concern, I mailed shopclues innumerable times, but all my efforts to contact you was in vain. Despite repeated assurances on your part that the matter would be addressed through the customer care who would call me, nothing to that effect has happened.Feeling helpless by this indifferent service apathy of yours, took it to the Blackberry Service centre. They said I have been delivered a defective product and since it is an imported one, the warranty assurance was the liability of the seller i.e. Shopclues. I took it to a Blackberry retail showroom & they also confirmed that the tablet was defective. While I would like to believe that Shopclues indeed has the good intent to address wha
