Complaint against SHOPCLUES Order No 26242445 The shoppes people have sent gt eating product and are not refunding the money as per there policy it can be refunded The following will tell you how they are: 1) FOR Shopclues GUYS THE PRODUCT SENT IS RIGHT WHERE AS THE PRODUCT IS DIFFERENT I HAD ORDER as per ur description Attached is the product order picture from your own site And the picture of the product received hope that you have clear vision too make out the difference 2) The product is not the Bluetooth compatible speaker it says it is but it plays FM And as per you're description it is a Bluetooth speaker 3) According to Shopclues RETURN/REFUND POLICY if the product is wrong and not matches the description it can be refunded AND AS PER THE TALK WITH the EXECUTIVE AT THE CUSTOMER CARE HE HAS ALSO TOLD THAT THE ABOVE CAN BE REFUNDED IF IT DOES NOT MATCHES THE PRODUCT ORDERED PLEASE DONT FOOL THE CUSTOMER SHOPCLUES And RESPECT THEM
