Recently I purchased a Samsung Duos Mobile phone battery (Model No: EB425161 LUCINU) and HP Laptop 6 cell battery (Model No: 484170-001) from Flipkart.com. within the purchase of 3 to 4 months both the above items are not functioning properly. I showed Mobile battery in the Samsung authorized service centre and I was informed by the centre engineer that the battery is fake. Similarly my HP Laptop Battery is still under 1 year warranty period but it is getting discharged in just one hour instead of the three hours battery life. I complaint about malfunctioning of both the above mentioned part to Flipkart representative and request them to give me replacement for both the products. But they are not even responding properly. I have order details and Invoice for both the above items. Please help me in getting the genuine parts for both the above fake parts from Flipkart.
