Hi, I want to lodge a complaint again a company nagpal industries, pune. I had ardered a semi automatic fly ash machin from this company on 28th Nov 2014. Sachin Nagpal is owner of this company who commited me on phone and email that he would be deliver this product by 19th of Dec 2014. But, He was fail to do that and he did ask me to postpone the delivery date by 25th of dec 2014. But still he did not dispatched this product as per his our aggrement. I had trasfeted 150000 rs in his account for oder the machin on 28th nov 2014. and I was supposed to give him remaining amount of product 460000 rs when product is dispacted from his factory. Please register my comlaint against Sachin Nagpal that he failed to deliver my product on given time even after extended time of 25th dec 2014. Thanks, Abhishek Singh Bisen
