I am having a postpaid corporate connection with vodafon vide 9903703741
In recent month's billing I have been charged for Rs- 198+Service Tax for downloading of soe stupid thing which I have not used.
In bill they have billed
Rs-99 shwoing "d2c_ndtv_valuepk9
and another Rs -99 for "hello_tvallsouth".
This practise is happening everymonth with different individual with our company.
Pleaselook into this seriouosly, This is a serious issue for customer protection.
