I ordered 1 item (Order ID 3685878997) in SNAPDEAL after receiving the product I am not happy with product quality. Have raised a return request but in between this process my address got changed and I have lost my phone so phone was also not reachable. Thus because of all this mess first pick up got failed. Since then I have raised multiple requests (12898744, 12872456)and calls to SNAPDEAL. Its been 18 days and no pickup got arranged. In every call and request I am getting the assurance that tomorrow I'll get the pickup for the item but it seems tomorrow will never come for SNAPDEAL.
