Consumer Redressal

I bought "BAJAJ MAJESTY 10 GPU WATER HEATER" from Bina Electronics Madhyamgram,Kol-700129 ON 14/12/2014 evening (Sr no.G155 061403617). Yesterday evening (17/12/2014) service persons from Bajaj came and installed the water heater. Just after 15 minutes of their installation the water heater fallen down from the wall After that I foundout that they first tried to install it with materials came with the water heater But couln't install there due to wrong space calculation by them. After that they made hole on the same wall just below the previous hole and fill the hole with wood piece and hang the heater with two 2inch screw. I don't know how the Bajaj service persons are so much irresponsible that they hang the heater (wt 16 kg full with water) with these materials. Why they don't carry spare elements with them and if they dont have the proper matrials why they came? they might come later with the materials. I don't know what is interal condition of the water heater after falling
