Hi,
I ordered some Amway Nutrilite Kids Chewable Multivitamin- Mineral for my kid when the site paytm.com was giving 50% cash back on 13th December.
So i bought the product and it would have costed me Rs. 454.
I paid the money in advance and the status of the order was delivered to courier service for a week.
Now today i received a message saying the order has been cancelled.
The same product is being sold now at a higher price of about rs. 1100.
The website paytm.com has refunded my money that is rs. 909 but this is an unfair trade policy.
They made consumers pay the price online and when the demand increased then they cancel the order and sell the same product at double the price.
Please help me out with this.
