I had ordered a product through snapdeal and paid Rs. 583. Amount got deducted through netbanking and order was not placed. As per the advice of customer care executive of snapdal,the amount would returne to my account and I need to order again. I reordered the product and next time got the product. The initially deducted amount has not been returned since last 20 days.
