I have made one bsnl postpaid ( 9421171000) bill payment of rs 1057 through Paytm on 22/12/2014 at 5.45pm with order no 699704131 also i have received an email and sms that the transaction was successful but in fact the Payment Has NOT made. Paytm charged to my account but the same not paid to BSNL.
I am still checking my bsnl account and its showing that your bill of rs 1057 is unpaid.
24/12/2014 is last date of payment of my postpaid bill.
What to do???
Plz refund my money.
