Given 20% Advance of Rs.6400/- against implant of 1 tooth 30.08.14.Through Oversight,At the time booking I have signed agreement for non- refund & non transferable advance. However, due to some personal reason I have cancelled the appointment and asked for refund against request letter dt. 08.10.2014. Now, the My Dentist office at J B Nagar is not ready to repay the advance given by me. I have not taken a single service from them till today. Also filed complaint in Core Centre but not recd any reply from them
