This is to inform you that I have ordered one Apple IPhone 5S against Order No-ORD839828771 Payment ID-30575884 (Dated: 14-11-14). I have paid Rs. 27000 to the CRAZYDEAL SHOPPING MART PRIVATE LIMITED through debit card via EBS payment gateway. But even after one week of time they didnot dispatch the hadset and therefore i cancelled the order on 24th Nov'14. They committed that after 21 days refund will be made. But it's more than 30 days I didn't receive the refund amount. I feel that Crazydeal shoppingmart.com is involved in illegal/fraud activity & they are cheating customers, request you to please look into the matter & help me out to get back my money.
