Sir, i buy Internet Modem from Shopclues.com but it was not working. my BSNL engineer ask me to change the product. i return the product as per their guidelines, but they are not giving me refund in terms of shopclues (refund for buying other product) even. i contact them many times, but invain. I HAVE THE receipt of that. they are not giving my money back as per their rules.....
plz do the needful, if you can.
