Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, HDFC bank sanctioned 2 wheeler loan(no. 2927341) in favor of me & I purchased Honda Activa on 20/08/2014 from Ganpati Honda Gurgaon. On purchase date I submit my all documents except cheque, which was later submitted by 25/08/14. One week later HDFC sale executive of called me & said I would have to issue new chq dueto some confusion, which were later given to Sales executive (Mr. Amit) around 01-05 Sep (within 10-15 days of purchase). Then later I din't get the RC of my Activa, so I went to collect it at Ganpati Honda on 30-31Oct, there I got to know Mr. Amit did not submit my file to authority for further processing.Then 10-12 Decmber I get a call from Ganpati Honda my RC is ready to collect and I have to pay late fees for collecting it. Although this delay happens because of HDFC Bank sales executive's mistake of late submission of documents. When I talked with him, he responded in abusive language. Why I am liable to pay late fees for mistake of others.Plz Help me SOM
