I have purchased Micromax Canvas Knight A350 Black & Gold with an Order No. : 3798420184 on 02-12-2014. And the product is supposed to be delivered on 06-12-2014 by bluedart courier. In bluedart website it is showing my mobile has been received at nagpur on 06-12-2014, but as per them the product was missing. After several complaints to bluedart customer care and snapdeal customer care still the product has not been received. They are simply extending the expected delivery date. This was leads to mental harassment and lost my commitment due to failure of delivery.
