I am from Srinagar, Kashmir and got a bill of Rs.270 for the month of Nov-2014 mobile no. 9018844590 reliance. i submitted that amount through mobile charge Rs.150 ist and then Rs.140 and got confirmation for the same.But still i'm not able to call any no. from my mobile.I made complaint two times with the customer care and both times they said in six hours the calls will be activated.But still I am not able to call. Please look into the matter.
