Consumer Redressal

I had purchased LED Down lights from Navya LEDs Krishna Nagar, Jubeelihills., in the month of July 2012, worth Rs 255000. With a warranty of two years. After installing the lights in September 2012 within one month almost 50 lights went off.So I requested them to give me new lights which they said they will replace, but failed to keep their word. Vexed with their behaviour I returned the whole material in the month of December 2012 and asked to return my money back. Since three months inspire of regular follow ups,there is no response. They said they would return only Rs 150000. But I would like to get my full money back.
