I am a loyal customer of Titan for last 20 years(Membership No,59309849).I have purchased a BELT MODEL NO : TBG3JLFM10BK from Titan Industries Ltd.having a Regional Office at REGIONAL OFFICE - WEST
The Metropolitan 9th Floor, Plot No.C-26/27,Bandra-Kurla Complex Bandra,
Mumbai 400051, on 21.2.2013.The Spring of Reversible Buckle of this belt has given away.I took the belt to the Colaba Showroom.The showroom has turned me away,saying that it is a user fault & not a manufacturing fault.I am lodging a complaint with you about a serious case of breach of trust & contract.I have not mishandled their product nor had any such intention, therfore,I am THROUGHLY disappointed in this company.I hope, you will take immediate action on this complaint
