Consumer Redressal

Dear Sirs, I am a senior citizen aged 74 years & my wife is also a senior citizen aged 65 years . our complaint is against the Electrolux company , We had purcahsed a washing machine of electrolux make vide bill no 15023 ,dated 5/6/2011 & the product is covered under warranty for two years .Recently we had complained due to break down of washing machine vide complaint no EBLR0706120118,dated 7/6/2012.Till now nobody has cared to attend the complaint nor resolve the problem in the machine . Sir ,even after repeated calls made to service department ,their response is pathetic. Sir ,I have come to you ,we are old and depend on this machinery for washing clothes . My wife who is old is unable to wash clothes by hand .She is a diabetic, BP ,Thyriod patient .Due to Electrolux service dept, we are facing severe hard ships at this age . Sir ,I have come to you file a petition before the consumer court . Kindly please help us in need.
