Its a case about the negligence by the Doctor towards the mother who was about to deliver the baby due to which the baby gone through the severe viral infection due to which born baby was in NICU for first 9 days. In Brief-: My wife was admitted in "LifeSpring Hospital", Vanasthalipuram on 9th Dec'2014 as she was about to deliver at 19:25 hours and Doctor kept her under observation till 23:00 hours. Inspite of our regular request to check her pains they insisted to wait and see, no senior doctor was available and injection was given even though water was flowing continuously from the mothers womb. Doctor left the shift under the observation of unexperienced Doctor and Nurses. The baby was born at 23:30 hours and been reported as problem in breathing and Pediatric Doctor advised to shift the baby to Pediatric Hospital and he suggested for 2 hospital one of them was hospital where he works which was with inefficient doctor came to after admitting the baby and 2nd was super speci
