I had ordered an E-table LD09 Foldable Laptop Stand Cooler from SnapDeal website on 2014-10-13 22:25:43.Till now the product is not yet delivered.
Please note my order number of the purchase 3175719667 and Request number 12468017.
I have been trying to contact the customer care regarding this issue and everytime they are responding the amount will be delivered within 4-7 working days.
I have been calling customer care of Snap deal nearly 10 times regarding the same issue and they reply with same answer along with automated email response and complaint number.
Now it almost 2 months and 1 week from the order date and no action has been taken from your side.Hence I have decided to place a complaint in consumer court regarding the compensation amount for cheating in online purchase.
