I pre-booked tickets for 'PK" at PVR cinemas, they have alloted 5th row tickets. they took 4k pre booking and asked for a 4hour time frame within which I want to see and I had given them options for 2 days and yet they allot such bad seats. I spoke to the customer care for a changing seats, time of the show or give a refund and they have denied it. Its not fair that they cheat customers this way. I would really want / need your help.
